Internal Hardware:

Nexus 5 has Snapdragon Qualcomm 800 chipset with quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait processor 2GB RAM and lots of new sensor. With these specifications, Nexus 5 is ahead to Galaxy S4 but would it be comparable to Galaxy S5 or Galaxy S6 it can’t be said. On the other hand, Samsung Exynos 8000 is emerging as the next 64-bit Samsung smartphone chipset that would carry 16 processing cores and would able to generate the Ultra High Definition display output. There is no doubt, with this 8000 Series chipset Galaxy S5 performance would be unbeatable and on other hand, Samsung Galaxy S6 would take the performance to next level.

Nexus 5 is not bad in any sense however, future smartphone S5 or S6 would overcome it but, we would recommend you to buy it.
